Alco Chemical’s Quality Management System is an integral part of our business and operation. The platform for this system is our ISO9001 program. Since 1994, we have partnered with Underwriter’s Laboratories to provide us with valuable insight for continued improvement of our Quality Management System and certification.

Our Quality Management System is a series of comprehensive procedures defining our operation in all key areas of our business including Sales and Marketing, Customer Service, Research and Development, Supply Chain Management, and Manufacturing. A key element to our success is the use of high powered teams, which allow us to keep up with changing market needs. Alco’s Formula and Procedure system provides the necessary framework to ensure we meet customer design requirements, regulatory mandates, and consistent quality product. Over the past 10 years, our employees’ hard work and participation in various cross functional quality improvement teams have resulted in producing products with >99% first time right quality. Our goal for customers to receive quality product on time remains a primary focus.
