ALCOGUM® solution thickeners are high molecular weight polymers used to viscosify a wide range of SBR, EVA, and PVA latex compounds. Alco Chemical pioneered the manufacture of zero VOC gum thickeners such as ALCOGUM AN-10, giving the formulator an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional gum thickeners. A wide range of grades are available to allow the formulator to optimize viscosity flow and coating penetration for specific formulations and application equipment.
