STRUCTURECOTE® biopolymer cobinders are used to replace protein or extend latex in paperboard coatings. Products are supplied in dry powder form and jet cooked for use in pigmented coatings. These unique products contribute excellent strength, coating structure, glue properties and enhanced gloss development. Primary applications are in both bleached and unbleached coated board products.
